Proctor & Gamble has a fully automated SAP warehouse. SAP's WM is used to manage the stock levels and create the picking instructions. The interfacing from the scanners to SAP's WM happens through Idocs. Reviewing and improving the quality of the processes were SAPSTROOM's main concern. Existing problems were analysed and documented. Product flow and automated processes were improved to pass quality acceptance.

 

A second project concerned a corporate restructuring. The project involved a move of the complete inventory. The co-ordination of the integration testing, data clean up, training and qualification of key users as well as the implementation were the responsibility of SAPSTROOM. Finally, the SAP process documentation on paper was converted to the intranet site.
