Campina was realising (2004) a fully automated high bay warehouse (Schäfer).

 

The SAP system is used to create in and out transactions of the high bay system. The interface needs are an essential element in this project. The SAP system gets its order/delivery information from the legacy system and creates the transfer orders (TO) for the high bay system.

For the analysis, design and implementation of SAP LES, Campina called on SAPSTROOMs SAP knowledge and experience.

SAP is implemented at IM and WM level and uses HUM (handling unit management). SAP Yard Management is used for scheduling the doors.

Additionally, the order picking system is using RF scanners and is based on SAP LES (SAPConsole).
