To manage a warehouse or a production plant, there is a need to combine information of the shop floor with the planning and management data. The graphical counterpart of text-only SAPConsole, ITSmobile, is available only on more recent installations of SAP. Based on time-tested ITS technology (free of charge and securely integrated in the SAP kernel), it allows us to serve the same Warehouse Management transactions via SAPs integrated webserver, where users can access them from the web browser on their handheld or vehicle mounted terminals. The added productivity from being able to use a touch screen is an additional bonus! Typically ITS mobile is used with RF scanners, but it can feed voice picking headsets.
